Films that look shot. Made without one.

Cinematic commercials, brand films and campaign creative for brands, agencies and founders — produced with an AI pipeline, so locations, crowds, weather and action stop being budget lines.

01 / Campaign

Kavya Pay — five films for a Mumbai payments business.

A counter-service payments brand in Andheri West: credit-card bill payments, recharges, money transfers, card-to-bank. Five vertical films, 35 to 71 seconds, in Hinglish — narrative, brand and walkthrough cuts, sharing one cast and one world.

The job
Make a neighbourhood payments counter feel as safe and as modern as an app. Cast and world hold across all five films, so the set reads as one campaign, not five posts.
The approach
Problem first, product second. The narrative cuts open on someone stuck — a bill due, a transfer that won't go through. App screens sit inside the frame, never cut away to.
Scope
Five films, vertical 9:16. Script, voice, Hinglish and Devanagari titling, branded lower-thirds, feature end-cards and the compliance line.
Role
Concept through delivery, solo. Direction, production, edit, grade and sound — one point of accountability for the whole set.

03 / AI Clips

Tests that never had a brief.

Short self-initiated pieces made to find the edge of the pipeline — product concepts, wearables, medical visualisation and atmosphere. No client attached to any of them, which is exactly why they are kept separate.

04 / Capabilities

What gets made.

Everything below is drawn from work already produced. If something isn't listed, it's because there isn't a piece to show you yet.

01

Cinematic brand films

Story-led films where the location, the crowd or the light is doing as much work as the script.

02

Product & beverage commercials

Product held, poured, opened or used, in a location and a light that feel real.

03

Vertical campaign sets

9:16 films for Reels, Shorts and Meta — built as a set that shares a cast and a world, not as one-off posts.

04

Presenter & app-led ads

A face delivering a claim to camera, or a product flow running on screen inside the frame.

05

India-set storytelling

Markets, classrooms, shopfronts and heritage streets that read as specific places — with Hinglish and Devanagari titling where the market wants it.

06

Variations from one production

Alternate openings, cut-downs and formats built off an approved film, rather than shot again.

05 / Approach

The constraint that quietly edits every script.

Most ideas don't die in the pitch. They die in the production meeting — when the location won't clear, the weather won't hold, the crowd won't fit the number. An AI-native pipeline moves those decisions back into the creative.

01

Locations you can't clear

A working market at golden hour. A government school corridor. A heritage street with nobody in the frame. No permit, no unit, no road closure, no fixer.

02

Hour and light, on demand

Golden hour that lasts as long as the edit needs it to — the same light on the last shot as the first, not a twenty-minute window you shoot against.

↓ See S/05

03

Crowds without a casting call

Market crowds, full classrooms, background action — populated frames that are otherwise the largest single line on the sheet.

↓ See S/03

04

See it before you approve it

A beverage spot at a heritage location — talent, product, light — exists as a film before anyone commits to producing it.

None of this replaces a real shoot when a real shoot is the right answer. It replaces the version of your idea that got cut down to fit one.

06 / Process

How a project actually runs.

Controlled production, not prompting until something sticks. Seven stages, each with something to approve before the next one starts.

  1. 01

    Brief & discovery

Product, audience, market, where the film runs and what it has to achieve. What we're not making gets defined here too.

  2. 02

    Concept & direction

Two or three routes, each with a stated visual direction, reference frames and a reason it should exist.

  3. 03

    Script & shot list

Beats, timing, dialogue or voice-over, and a shot-by-shot breakdown — signed off before anything is generated.

  4. 04

    Previsualisation

Key frames and blocking as moving images. Angle, wardrobe, location and grade get locked while changes are still free.

  5. 05

    Production

Scene generation against the approved shot list, holding continuity across character, wardrobe, location and light.

  6. 06

    Edit, grade & sound

Assembly, pacing, colour, music, sound design, captions and brand elements.

  7. 07

    Delivery & variations

Masters in the formats your media plan needs, plus alternate openings and cut-downs for testing.

Creative thinking is the product. AI is the production.

“I don't use AI to skip the creative work. I use it so the idea doesn't get cut down to whatever the budget could shoot.”

I’m Himanshu Narwaria, co-founder of Xavik Labs. Alongside helping shape the studio’s operations and direction, I work hands-on across design, content, and AI film production.

Five years of hands-on creative practice — design, content and campaign work for over a hundred brands — came before any of this was generated. That order matters. The tools change every few months. Knowing what an ad has to do in its first two seconds doesn't.

Most of the work on this page uses my own face as the lead. That's deliberate. If the pipeline can hold one person consistent across a school corridor, a market crowd and a heritage street — wardrobe, light and angle changing every shot — it can hold your founder, your ambassador or your product.

Brief to delivery: concept, script, previs, production, edit, sound and masters. One point of accountability for the film, rather than a chain of handoffs.

08 / Start a project

Have a campaign in mind? Let's build it.

Send the product, the market and roughly what you want it to feel like. You'll get an honest read on whether this is the right way to make it — and what it would take.

01 / What to send

The product and the plan

Product or service, target market, where the film runs, and any dates you're working to.

02 / What comes back

Approach, scope, timeline

A view on format and direction, indicative scope and a schedule. Pricing is quoted per project — length, complexity and number of variations decide it.

03 / How it works

One film or a quarter

Single films, campaign packages with multiple concepts, or an ongoing creative partnership.
