Discuss your projectThe scope
We agree on the deliverables, review rounds, and handoff before work begins.
Content themes and a publishing calendar connected to your audience, offers, launches, and available assets.
Brand-aligned posts, carousels, and captions, with reels or video editing included when specified in the scope.
A shared review process and publishing schedule for the agreed channels. Content is approved before it goes live.
A review of available platform metrics, such as reach, engagement, profile activity, and link clicks, to inform the next content cycle.
The process
We review the channels, audience, visual identity, recent content, and the business outcome the work should support.
The calendar sets the direction for a reviewable batch of content. You provide factual checks and consolidated feedback before scheduling.
Approved content follows the schedule. Reporting helps us decide what to repeat, revise, or test next.
Share your social profiles, brand guidelines, business goals, current offers, available photos or footage, and the person responsible for approvals. Publishing access and any response responsibilities are agreed during onboarding.

These projects demonstrate my social media design work. Management scope and reporting are agreed separately for each engagement.
Before we begin
Design focuses on producing the visual assets. Management can also include content planning, captions, scheduling, and reporting. The channels and responsibilities are set out in the scope.
Ad spend is separate. Performance ad creative can be included, while media buying, campaign optimisation, and account management need an explicitly agreed scope.
Community management is discussed separately so response times, escalation rules, and access are clear. It is not assumed to be part of a content-only engagement.
No. Results depend on the offer, audience, budget, platform behaviour, and other factors. We agree on useful metrics and use the available data to improve the work.
