A fixed-fare taxi booking website that turned a local Agra operator into a findable, bookable, trusted online brand.
Padma Shree Travels runs private AC cabs out of Agra — pilgrimage circuits, Taj Mahal sightseeing, outstation routes. All of that business lived on phone calls. There was no way for a tourist planning from another city to find them, check a fare, or book. The brief I set with the owner: build a website that earns trust in ten seconds, gets found for the exact routes people search, and takes a booking without forcing anyone to install an app.
A confident dark hero with the promise up front — fixed fare, verified driver, 24/7. Route card system, trust strip, and a booking widget designed around how travellers actually decide.
Hand-coded static frontend (no page builder), with a Node.js backend on Netlify Functions: Razorpay checkout, payment verification, booking records written to Google Sheets, and SendGrid confirmation emails.
Every word on the site, written for trust: "The fare we quote is the fare you pay." Route descriptions, tour itineraries, FAQ answers, and blog articles — all original.
27 dedicated route and tour landing pages targeting real search intent — "Agra to Jaipur taxi", "temple tour by cab" — each with unique titles, descriptions, and structured content. Plus 301 redirect hygiene.
Mobile-first throughout: most bookings happen on a phone, so the booking widget, tap-to-call, and WhatsApp actions lead the mobile layout.
Netlify static hosting + serverless functions on a custom domain, with Google Ads conversion tracking and UTM capture wired into the booking flow. I also built the owner a lightweight internal CRM page to manage bookings.

The site is live and taking real bookings — WhatsApp-first, no app, no advance payment for most trips.
Every major route the company drives now has its own page a traveller can actually find.
The owner gets each lead in a spreadsheet and an email the moment it happens — no dashboard to learn.
Design, code, copy, SEO, and launch — handled end to end, so nothing gets lost between a designer, a developer, and an agency. Your project could be next.
