Padma Shree Travels runs private AC cabs out of Agra — pilgrimage circuits, Taj sightseeing, outstation routes — and all of it lived on phone calls. A tourist planning from another city had no way to find them, check a fare, or book. The brief, set with the owner: earn trust in ten seconds, get found for the exact routes people search, and take a booking without forcing an app install.
